Although Phengphan loves to cook, she tends to work the front of house serving while Soukhaserm loves to be immersed in the action in the back. The menu includes gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options, in addition to meat dishes.
Before the summer rush hits this year, Soukhaserm plans to expand their menu to include more appetizers and salads.
Not only does I My Thai have both dine in and takeout options, but last month they began offering free delivery within Huntsville (within 10 minutes of the restaurant) every day except Sunday.
